FAITH COLEMAN
MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Faith Coleman was a 2020 alumnus of the Carolina Flames, playing for our 18U team for 3 years. While playing for the Carolina Flames, Faith was an exceptional athlete and an even better teammate and person. Faith played the game with both passion and excitement and was never seen without a smile.

Faith graduated from West Brunswick High School where she excelled academically, making enduring friendships, and in sports, especially softball. She also loved photography and was a skilled artist, winning awards for her artwork. These things were very important to Faith, but they all were second to her love of family and children. She will be fondly remembered for her fierce devotion to her family, friends and her ability to connect in a special way to children.

On Thursday, June 9th, 2022, Faith tragically passed away and the Carolina Flames have established this Memorial Scholarship to honor her and carry on her memory. The Faith Coleman Memorial Scholarship is a 4 year scholarship of $500 per year to be awarded to a graduating Carolina Flames senior to assist in their pursuit of obtaining their college degree.
